I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at San Francisco State University. In 2020, I received my Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

My teaching and research interests are in ethics and social/political philosophy.

 

At UNC, I received the  Tanner Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching. In addition to teaching, I am committed to public engagement and outreach. You can read some of my reflections on public philosophy here.
